Visit Ath as a group!
Ath, well known for its Ducasse on the 4th Sunday in August, is also a town of character in the heart of a verdant region. Ath is a welcoming town on a human scale. It has a wide range of museums, with two in the centre: the Maison des Géants and the Espace Gallo-Romain. The Musée de la Pierre, nestling on the edge of an old quarry, is an invitation to escape into nature.
Combine your visit to one of our museums with a city tour. It’s an opportunity to discover some historic nuggets. The Grand Place, for example, surrounded by historic buildings, is a must-see. As is the Burbant Tower, built in 1166 and listed as a Walloon Heritage Site.
